The Heights Youth Lacrosse K-2 Coed program is for players currently enrolled in Kindergarten, 1st or 2nd grade. Players may reside in any city to be eligible to play.
The focus of the program will be about creating a fun atmosphere that focuses on physical literacy and provides an introduction to the game of lacrosse which follows the guidance of the USA Lacrosse Athlete Development Model.

A soft lacrosse ball will be used and no checking is permitted. Sticks available as loaners, if needed.
